Most things on the website will probably still work if you disable cookies.
We definitely do not let third parties create cookies via our website or allow them to do any kind of tracking, monitoring or profiling.
We will only use your address for the delivery of your order.
Credit or debit card payments are handled via the secure servers of WorldPay; we do not take any payment card details on our website or by phone.
How much is the delivery charge?
For delivery within the U.K there is a carriage charge on orders under £75.00 +VAT (£90.00 incl. VAT).
The delivery charge of £3.95 +VAT (£4.74 incl. VAT) will be added to your order in the shopping basket.
Carriage is free on orders over £75 +VAT (£90.00 incl. VAT).
How long will my order take to reach me?
We usually turn orders around within two working days. There is a comments box when you order and you can indicate if a delivery is necessary by a certain date.
If we cannot meet that date we will contact you. Please advise a telephone number where possible.
There are times when we are out of stock of an item (we try very hard to avoid this).
We will contact you if the delay is going to be more than a few days.
Please bear in mind that orders are only despatched during the working week. Also be aware that there may be occasions when orders are delayed because of exceptional circumstances (weather etc.).
Do you do Next Day Guaranteed Delivery?
The short answer is "no" because, once it leaves us, the parcel is in the hands of the delivery service.
We use Fedex,1st Class Post or Royal Mail parcels depending upon your location and the size /weight of the parcel.
If you need your order urgently either contact us by telephone (01329 238282), send an email to email@example.com or leave a message in the comments box and we will do everything we can to help.
Ideally, delivery should be to an address where there is someone in to sign for the parcel.
If that is not possible, then please suggest a safe place where we can instruct the courier to leave the parcel e.g.in the porch.
Can I order and pay after I receive the goods?
We only offer this option to educational institutions (including PTA s). This includes nurseries that have their own exclusive premises.
We only send orders to playgroups that share their premise with other groups if we receive payment first.
We do not offer this service for delivery to private addresses or businesses. Goods sent to private or business addresses must be paid for online.
Alternatively, order online and choose "Offline payment" and then post a cheque to us.
We will then despatch your order. A VAT invoice will be sent for payment or enclosed with your order if you have paid.
Can I order from outside the UK?
We can accept orders from many parts of the world except the USA.
However costs for these orders are usually considerable and it is often prohibitive.
Make your order online and choose the "Offline Payment" option. We will respond with the total cost including carriage.
You may then decide whether to go ahead or not. We can only take payments in GB pounds, Euros or US dollars on our website.
What happens if my goods are faulty?
We will replace faulty goods. If you prefer, we will refund in full (including your delivery charge if there is one).
We will advise about collecting the faulty goods from you. We will pay the return costs. You need to contact us first, either by telephone or email firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I do not like my goods?
You can return them within 7 days of receipt, at your cost, for a full refund, less carriage charges, provided that they are in re-saleable condition.
What about toy safety?
We take toy safety very seriously.
Please take note of the information we give in relation to each toy.
All of the products that we import directly ourselves and that require certification are tested to EN71 parts 1, 2 and 3 and carry a CE mark.
We only purchase toys from other importers that carry a CE mark.
All of our toys are marked on the inner cartons with the importers name and the CE mark.
Increasingly every individual item is also individually wrapped and marked.
