Value Added Tax
All prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.
Carriage
UK: On orders under £75, before VAT, please add £3.95 +VAT (£4.54) towards postage and packing. Carriage is free on orders over £75 +VAT (£88.13)

Channel Islands and Overseas: Additional carriage costs will be charged to the customer. For an exact quotation please contact us.
Payment
Private Customers: You are able to order and pay online, or order online and then send a cheque.

Schools and other Institutions: You are able to order online for your school if you have the authority to do so. We also accept either telephone orders or official order forms by fax or post.

Cheques should be made payable to CRAFTPACKS.
Missing/Damaged Goods
You will have been informed that your goods have been dispatched. If your goods have not arrived after 7 days from this notification please contact us.

Please inform us immediately in the event of goods arriving damaged so that we can arrange their return and replacement.
Returns and Refunds
We must be informed prior to the return of any goods.

If a product is defective, we need to be informed within 15 days of receipt. We will replace it free of charge and make arrangements regarding the return of the defective item at our cost.

If a product is not suitable for your needs we offer a full refund but return costs will be at your expense.
