6 metres of 3mm diameter hardwood dowel supplied as 10 pieces each 600mm nominal length. Will allow birchwood wheels to run freely. Can be used with the economy cams.
6 metres of 5mm diameter hardwood dowel. 10 pieces x 600mm nominal length. Will push fit into MDF wheels and card discs. Each batch of dowel we receive may differ in size slightly so you may need to sand the ends or use a pencil sharpener a little to be able to push the dowel into wheels etc.

A pack of 560 heavy duty 0.8mm thick card triangles each with two 40mm sides for glueing corner joints of spar constructions. Suitable for 8, 10 and 12mm spar.
A pack of 528 axle holders with a ready cut 5mm hole. Made from 0.8mm thick card they will accommodate both 4 and 5mm dowel allowing the axle to turn.
Suitable for use with spar 6mm to 12mm thick.
Pack of 48 spring pegs made of wood. May be used as axle supports. Good for demonstrating electrical circuits; use wire secured to the inside of each peg half with a drawing pin then open and close the peg to complete or break the circuit. Will also hold joints together whilst glue dries.
Pack of 24. Wooden dolly pegs are useful for model making. You can dress them up to make different people- perhaps Nativity scene characters. Also ideal for winding embroidery threads, keeps it all tangle free.
Pack of 8, 4mm thick corrugated plastic sheets, 4 black and 4 white. Each piece measures approx. 25cm square. A strong, hard wearing material that can be used for building models, vehicle bases (3mm dowel can be pushed through gaps in sheet) etc. Can be cut using a craft knife or scissors.
Pack of 60 wooden spools in assorted heights, 12 each of 13mm, 19mm, 26mm, 38mm and 50mm tall spools. They all measure 20mm in diameter and have a 6mm diameter centre hole. Plain wood so can be painted/decorated for sorting and matching activities.
